Deliveries
What's the status of my order?
After each order, you receive an email from Sendcloud to track the status of your package in real time.
I have ordered one or more items in stock and one not in stock (on order). Can I have a partial delivery?
This is not possible. Please place two separate orders: one for in-stock items and one for out-of-stock items.
When are shipments made?
Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 8am go out the same day; after 8am, they go out the next day.
Do I need to insure my parcel?
We'll take care of it! All our parcels are systematically insured by our delivery partner.

How do I get an online quote?
Use the "add to quote" tool on the product pages. Finalize in the "My quote" tab, and we'll process your request quickly. You'll receive a confirmation email once the quote has been processed. You can then accept it or convert it into an order.
I need a complete package. Do you offer preferential prices?
Yes, we recommend that you make an online quotation by selecting your preferred products.
