Below are the INTERNAL sizes with the elastic released.

NOTE: All measurements are taken with the rubber band released.

Small - 14-15 cm circumference
Medium - 16-17 cm circumference
Large - 18-19 cm circumference
X-Large - 19-20 cm circumference
XX-Large - +21 cm circumference
For best comfort, L&B recommends a tension of no more than 1-2 cm.
